Natural Acne Treatment Information
Give highly processed foods a break and try to include more of whole grains in your diet. An acne help diet will normally include whole wheat bread, wheat pastas, brown rice, oatmeal and more. Add plenty of fresh vegetables, fruit, and lean protein (diet that generally contains lots of water). If you are suffering from acne, try out the following acne diet for a complete two weeks:
Take plenty of well-ripened fresh fruits (without removing the skin of most of the fruits). Prefer whole fruits over juice.
